Healthy habits take longer than 21 days to set in
Struggling to keep your New Year's resolutions? Don't give up! Research from the University of South Australia shows that building healthy habits takes longer than you might think. A review of studies found that while new habits can start to form in about two months (59-66 days on average), it can actually take anywhere from a few days to nearly a year (up to 335 days) to truly solidify a habit.
