Does moderate exercise keeps appetite at bay?
New research from Murdoch University's Health Futures Institute has found that moderate exercise can have a big impact on appetite control in men with obesity. 1 The study, "Acute effect of exercise on appetite-related factors in males with obesity," shows that exercise helps regulate appetite hormones and how hungry someone feels. 2 Associate Professor Timothy Fairchild explains that while many believe exercise increases hunger, their research proves the opposite, even with moderate-intensity workouts.
